God Is Speaking to Us Through Creation
Celtic Christian Philosopher John Scotus Eriugena said “the whole of the natural world is like a sacred text, and that includes the creatures and our creatureliness …” In Sacred Earth, Sacred Soul, John Philip Newell summarizes:
“Eriugena teaches that there are two books through which God is speaking. The first is the small book – physically little. This is the book of Holy Scripture. The second is the Big Book – the living text of the universe which includes the great luminaries of the heavens – the sun, moon, and stars, the earth, sea and sky, the creatures of all these realms and the multiplicity of life forms that grow from the ground.
“We need to read both books, he says – the sacred text of Scripture and the sacred text of the universe. If we read only the little book, we will miss the vastness and wildness of the utterance – everything vibrating with the sound of the Divine.
“If we read only the Big Book, we are in danger of missing the intimacy of the Voice. For the book of Scripture calls us to faithfulness in relationships, including faithfulness to strangers, refugees, widows and the poorest among us.
“Everything is sacred, says Eriugena. But we live in a state of forgetfulness of what is deepest in us and in everything that has being. The more we forget our true identity, the less we treat one another as sacred. We suffer from ‘soul forgetfulness.’
“But ‘Christ,’ he says, ‘is our memory, our epiphany.’ He comes to show us what we have forgotten: That we are bearers of the Divine Flow. He reawakens us to our true nature, and to the true nature of the earth – that we and all things are in essence sacred. In the Celtic world, Christ is come not to reveal a foreign truth but to disclose the deepest truth of our being.”

Immediately upon registering, you’ll receive access to the course materials. Then, starting on August 6th, we’ll meet weekly via Zoom to discuss the content and apply it to our individual lives.
Each week, you’ll log in to watch engaging, bite-sized instructional videos and then join our live Zoom sessions for dynamic discussions with Marnie and fellow participants. This interactive approach not only enhances your learning experience but also helps you build meaningful connections with like-minded individuals who are on the same journey to deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ and better hear His voice.
Week 1: Sync Your Creativity with Your Creator
Create a spiritual practice that helps you connect daily with the Divine. Open conversation channels with God and align with the Spirit of God and the Mind of Christ.
Week 2: Identify How God Speaks to You
Explore the process and patterns of personal revelation. Do you just “know?” Do you have a gut feeling? Fine-tune your spiritual guidance system.
Week 3: Hear God’s Messages through Nature
Discover how God speaks to you through His creations. Learn to observe the natural world and see the sacred messages within it.
Week 4: Release Limitations and Embrace Nature’s Wisdom
Identify and release limiting beliefs that hinder your success. Replace them with positive beliefs inspired by the wisdom of nature.
Week 5: Embrace Your Style through Nature’s Lens
Work with your unique creative genius and personality style by drawing parallels with natural elements. Understand how to harness your gifts by looking at the natural world.
Week 6: Understand Your Creative Cycle through Nature’s Rhythms
Learn to see your creative cycles as reflections of nature’s patterns. Recognize and embrace these rhythms to enhance your productivity and self-understanding.
Week 7: Work with Your Moods and Creative Cycle
Adopt techniques to manage your creativity without overworking. Learn to harmonize your goals with your natural energy flows.
Week 8: Bring Everything You Are and Know Together
Take an inventory of your skills, life experiences, and wisdom. See how everything in your life integrates into a grand divine plan.
Week 9: Discover Your Pivot Point
Identify the core theme around which your life and creations revolve. Gain clarity and cohesion in your life’s purpose.
Week 10: Craft Your Gameplan
Develop a strategic plan to move forward. Recognize the parts, people, and pieces that align with your divine mission.
